The Southern Ridge Circuit of the Carneddau. Including Carnedd Dafydd Llewellyn and Pen yr Helgi Du. An ascent of Pen Yr Ole Wen gives access to some of the highest mountains in North Wales. A tough day rewarded with some fine introductory scrambling.
